The JK house!
I did not heard of this place before hand.
It was recommended by my Taiwanese friend who was initially planning to go with me.
Her reason of choosing this place is because there is a lot of Taiwanese customers who went there before and the boss can speak chinese.
I am a little skeptical about the boss speaking chinese because I personally had never hear he speak other language other than Korean!
But on the other hand, he got lots of other staff who are rotating on shifts that can speak a little English.
I can tell that they are really trying very hard to speak to us in English.
The boys are really nice and friendly.
One of them only works on the weekend as he is a student while the other guy who works on the morning shift is not.
Will try to talk to them and hopefully practice a bit of Korean when Melissa is back.
Back to the guesthouse, although the room is disappointingly small.
They have a very nice living room with kitchen for everyone to get together to have their breakfast, use their computers, watch television or whatever you want.
They actually provide free breakfast, free towels, free WiFi and there is 2 laptops for use.
And there is where I do my daily update at night when everyone is asleep except Melissa and me.
My favorite place in the whole guesthouse.
Melissa slacking at the living room and reading her LSCN notes.
So hardworking!
The guesthouse is located at Sinchon, have to walk a little bit in, estimating 10-15minutes.
It is right in-front of a elementary school.
Melissa was laughing at me because when I woke up on the 3rd day which is a monday at almost 10am.
I was wondering how come there is no students around in the school.
Melissa was like, "You think their recess time is same as ours?!"
Lol.
Somehow I still managed to capture photos of the kids playing during their break time.
Their school field and they even got a playground for the students for their break time.
The bad thing about this guesthouse for me would be not providing necessities like shower gel, shampoo etc. and very small room.
But I guess it is alright for its cheap rate.
It cost me 70000won per night for a double room with toilet.
I do not know whether it is the cheapest but I am ok with a rate like this and I have the habit of bringing my own shower items whenever I go overseas.
Anyway, Melissa and I decide to make it a little more "homely" for the both of us, so we both our own hand wash and air freshener.
That's all about it folks!
Melissa is chasing me to go sleep already!
Good밤!
